COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Three foreign students from a correction training program in southern Colorado have gone missing over the weekend, according to the Colorado Department of Corrections.
The students, part of a group from Afghanistan that are correctional staff and who were authorized to be in the United States for training, went missing Saturday at around 7 p.m., according to Colorado Department of Corrections spokesman Mark Fairbairn.
The students, who were here on temporary visas, were doing their training at the International Correctional Management Training Center in Canon City.
