Protestors interrupted a Denver City Council meeting on Monday night.
They chanted, "Justice for Michael Marshall" and "Black lives matter," during the downtown meeting.
Marshall died in jail this past November, days after his arrest. The medical examiner ruled the death a homicide.
Last week, the city released video showing the last moments of Marshall's life and how deputies restrained him.
