Colorado Speaker of House Dickey Lee Hullinghorst sat down with Denver7 anchor Anne Trujillo to discuss her goals for the new legislative session during the premiere of Politics Unplugged.
The democrat has already gotten the ball rolling with a bill calling for equal pay for women. She expects a lot of discussion over a bill that would change how a hospital provider fee is categorized, which could provide more money for the state's general fund while keeping Colorado taxpayers from getting a refund under the rules of the Taxpayers Bill of Rights.
