Republican presidential candidate U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz will address the Colorado State GOP Convention on April 9, the Colorado GOP has confirmed.
Politicoreported that candidates Donald Trump and John Kasich are also tentatively planning to attend the convention.
"Hearing from a presidential candidate in person will be extremely helpful to our state delegates in their deliberations, and we hope to see all three candidates in Colorado Springs on April 9th," said Colorado GOP Chairman Steve House.
The candidates are hoping to sway Colorado Republicans' votes. While the Republicans held a caucus earlier this month, there was no official presidential poll or straw poll, meaning the delegates votes are still up for grabs.
