DENVER - A growing rank of Colorado GOP members are calling for Donald Trump to step aside after the Republican nominee was caught on tape bragging about predatory advances on women.
Congressman Mike Coffman said Friday that Trump's "defeat at this point seems almost certain." He urged Trump to drop out of the race "for the good of the country and to give the Republicans a chance of defeating Hillary Clinton."
Coffman was joined Saturday by Republicans Cory Gardner and Darryl Glenn as support for Trump in his own party starts to dwindle.
Gardner said Trump should step aside and allow Mike Pence take over the Republican nomination. The Republican senator said he will write in Pence's name if Trump is still in the race come Election Day.

Republican Senate candidate Darryl Glenn has also declared he can no longer support Trump.
"I am... calling on Donald Trump to do the honorable, selfless thing--voluntarily step aside and let Mike Pence be our party's nominee so that we can defeat Hillary Clinton," Glenn said in an emailed statement.
Despite a growing chorus of calls for him to leave the race, a defiant Trump insisted Saturday he would "never" abandon his White House bid.
