Groups suggest opening up conversations after influx of hate crimes

Posted

DENVER -- Last weekend's shooting at a Pittsburgh synagogue is just the latest example of a hate crime that has led to conversations around dinner tables across the country.

On this weekend's Politics Unplugged, representatives of the Anti-Defamation League and Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition talk to Anne Trujillo about how discussions about incidents like this should be handled with family, friends and co-workers.

Politics Unplugged airs Sundays at 4:30am and 4pm on Denver7 and at noon on K3-KCDO.
