Depending upon your political views, Colorado's Taxpayer Bill of Rights may be something you love or hate.
Former Colorado State Senator Greg Brophy said he enjoyed the challenge of managing the state budget.
Brophy spoke with Marshall Zelinger on this week's Politics Unplugged.
In addition to the budget, Brophy also talked about the US Pro challenge, which won't take place this year, and why he thinks a race of that caliber is important to have in Colorado.
