DENVER – Construction on a new boutique style hotel is moving forward in Denver’s River North Art District.

The hotel is called Vib (pronounced “vibe”) and will be located at 36th St. and Brighton Blvd..

The Best Western-owned hotel was announced in 2019, but construction on the building didn’t begin until September of this year.

Vib plans to offer a rooftop bar and 2,000 square feet of conference space.

Currently Vib only has three locations in Turkey, Thailand, and Springfield, Missouri, but has plans to expand to other locations, including Denver.

The Vib hotel is scheduled to open its doors in RiNo by Fall 2021.
