Have you ever been so happy that you just hugged the nearest person to you?
Well, that may not be a great idea if you’re an NFL player. Seattle Seahawks safety Earl Thomas tried a new touchdown celebration on Sunday, and field officials weren’t impressed.
According to USA Today, after recovering a first-quarter fumble by New Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram and returning it 34 yards for a touchdown, Thomas excitedly hugged a referee.

Thomas was subsequently given a 15-yard penalty.
We know you’re excited, buddy, but next time try to keep your hands to yourself.
