Report: Crews investigating suspicious powder in NYC gov't building

Hazmat crews are investigating a suspicious white powder at the New York City Federal Building, the New York City Fire Department told NBC 4 New York. 

Two people were exposed to an unknown white powder, the station reported, though neither reported any symptoms.
