The mother accused of killing the father of her children before taking them, which prompted a statewide AMBER Alert, has been taken into custody and her children have been found safe, according to police.

Arriel Rose Bryant, 28, was located by authorities at 14072 Lorain Avenue. Her children were taken into custody unharmed.

Police responded to a home on Alhambra Road around 8:15 p.m. last night. They found Richard Kelly, 30, of Cleveland, dead inside the home with multiple gunshot wounds. Investigators say there was an argument between the Bryant and Kelly.

Police said Bryant then shot Kelly and left with their two kids in a vehicle. The vehicle was later found, but no one was inside it.
