Eagle County man arrested on allegations of sexual assault

EAGLE COUNTY, Colo. – An Eagle County man is in jail Friday on suspicion of sex assault.

Luis Fernando Alderata, 29, was taken into custody and booked into the Eagle County Detention Facility on charges of sexual assault, a class-3 felony and false imprisonment, a class 5-felony.

Deputies said the sex assault happened in town of Edwards.

Alderata is known to use several different alias names that include, but are not limited to, Luis Fernando Matute Mejia and Luis Montoya.
