The body of a hiker who disappeared last week was found covered in snow near avalanche debris at St. Mary's Glacier Saturday morning, Clear Creek County officials said.
Todd Musselman, 50, went hiking in the area of St. Mary's Glacier on Jan. 16 and never made it home. Crews were hampered in the search due to high winds and blowing snow. The area also has several lakes, peaks and lots of rugged wilderness.
Several deployment teams, along with an Alpine Rescue Team, found Musselman's body at around 8:30 a.m.
