Young girl who was missing from Littleton area since Thursday evening found safe

UPDATE | Friday, 11:15 a.m. — The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said Brianna Sharp, 12, was found safe Friday morning.


JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — Authorities are searching for a young girl who went missing Thursday evening and has not been seen since.

Brianna Sharp, 12, was last seen at 11:30 p.m. Thursday along the 11000 block of W. Polk Place in Littleton, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

She was wearing burgundy sweatpants and a sweatshirt. She is 4 feet, 11 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. She weighs 112 pounds.

If you see Sharp, the sheriff's office asks that you call 911.
