Every year, hundreds of motorcyclists take to the streets in Littleton to raise money for local animal shelters.
It's held on the second Sunday in June. The run was started to honor a dog named Molly-Dharma.
Molly's story begins at MaxFund Animal Shelter in Denver, Colorado, in 2003. She came in as a young, happy pup, approximately three or four months old.
She was adopted out and returned for various unknown reasons three or four times over 2 1/2 years. Her life finally changed when Ken Mann adopted her.
Molly-Dharma died in 2016 and Mann keeps her memory alive by holding the annual motorcycle ride.
It benefits small animal shelters like the Intermountain Humane Society. Money from the ride helps dogs like Rex who visited the Denver7 studios.
The Molly-Dharma Run is on June 10th at the Platte River Grill in Littleton. Click here or watch the video above for more information.
