A woman with paranoid schizophrenia is missing from a care facility in Pueblo.
Annette Gallegos, 40, signed herself out of the facility Sunday evening to go for a walk and has not returned, investigators said.
She has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing slip-on shoes and white capri pants.
Police said Gallegos has a tendency to become delusional and/or disoriented.
