PUEBLO - A witness reported hearing three girls jump into the deep end of a Pueblo pool before drowning, according to a coroner's report released Monday.
Three-year-old Azucena Gandarilla, her 6-year-old sister Amaya, and their 17-year-old baby sitter, Joo Hyun Lee, drowned last week in a swimming pool at a Pueblo mobile home complex.
Officers and others tried to revive the victims, but despite their efforts, all three girls died. An autopsy performed Thursday confirmed that all three deaths were the result of drowning.
The depth of the pool the girls downed in was eight feet deep.
The investigation has shown no criminal wrongdoing but is still active.
