DENVER – Police say they are now investigating a shooting that happened Wednesday morning in southeast Denver as a homicide.
The shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday on South Birch, in the Virginia Village neighborhood.
A man was hospitalized in critical condition after being shot in front of his house, but he has apparently died, as DPD tweeted Thursday the case was being investigated as a homicide.
