AURORA — Police in Aurora are currently investigating an early morning double shooting.

Police said the shooting occurred around 2:20 a.m. Monday along the 300 block of S. Ironton Street. Three people were injured and two are in serious condition.

Police do not have anybody in custody, they said, and don't know what led to the shooting.

Because the two seriously injured individuals were rushed to the hospital, police haven't had the chance to interview them yet. They were still in surgery as of 10:30 a.m.
