The Colorado State Patrol is investigating a crash that involved one of their own Friday morning.
The trooper was hit on Highway 85, near 104th Avenue, around 6 a.m.
The trooper then hit the car in front of him.
The Colorado State Patrol says medical personnel was called to the scene, but the injuries were minor.
