Three of Colorado's most popular brunch spots were included in OpenTable’s list of the 100 best brunch restaurants in the country. The company used reviews from OpenTable users to compile the list.
Lake Terrace Dining Room at The Broadmoor Hotel – Colorado Springs
Rating: 4.7 stars
The Lake Terrace Dining Room goes all out for its Sunday brunch – a huge menu, live music and beautiful flower displays. Mother’s Day brunch – with champagne included – starts at $75 for adults and $24 for kids ages 4 to 10 (sorry kids, no champagne for you).
Ellyngton’s at the Brown Palace – Denver
Rating: 4.6 stars
Ellyngton’s is known for its Sunday brunch, which many of the OpenTable reviewers rave about. The restaurant is holding a special Mother’s Day brunch buffet with prime rib, seafood, an omelet bar and more.
Garden Terrace at The Inverness Hotel – Englewood
Rating: 4.3 stars
Another spot known for its brunch, reviewers say it’s also kid-friendly and great for groups and special occasions. The Mother’s Day brunch costs $57.95 per adult (plus tax) and $27.95 for kids ages 6 to 10. Kids under 5 are free.
