DENVER – A teenager was killed outside of a gas station in southwest Denver early Wednesday morning, police said.
The male victim's name has not been released yet. Police officers were investigating the incident about 3 a.m. near West Jewell Avenue and South Sheridan Boulevard, outside of a 7-Eleven gas station.
The officers were initially dispatched there on a report about an assault victim who was either shot or stabbed, police said. But it was still not confirmed later Wednesday how the victim was injured.
