DENVER -- Good morning! Here’s what you need to know today, Friday, April 27, 2018.

1. Day two of teacher walkouts
Approximately 10,000 teachers from across Colorado are expected to descend on the Capitol today as they continue to call for better pay, more school funding and pension reform. Most of the state's largest districts will be closed for today's rally.

2. End of Korean War in sight
The decades-long Korean War could come to an end later this year, following a historic summit between North and South Korea. The two countries signed the "Panmunjom Declaration for Peace, Prosperity and Unification on the Korean Peninsula."

3. Missing girl found safe
The 12-year-old girl at the center of an Amber Alert out of Grand Junction has been found safe, but the suspect in her disappearance, her stepfather Jody Haskin, is still on the run. A warrant for his arrest was issued early Thursday evening.

4. NFL draft continues
It's day two of the NFL draft and the Denver Broncos will make their second- and third-round picks. The team picked up arguably the best defensive prospect in the draft, NC State defensive end Bradley Chubb, on Thursday.

5. Warm and beautiful today
Friday through the weekend will be warm and pleasant.  Expect highs in the mid 70s Friday, upper 70s Saturday (with a chance for isolated afternoon showers) and near 80 degrees on Sunday.
