Suspects on the run after smash-and-grab at Littleton pawn shop

LITTLETON, Colo. – Several suspects are on the loose following a smash-and-grab burglary at a Littleton pawn shop early Wednesday.

Police said a group of people broke into Pawn Bank, located at 1360 W. Littleton Blvd., around 2 a.m. and started grabbing guns and jewelry. A police officer in the area spotted the suspects, who dropped the guns and took off, police said.

Officers found the discarded guns in the pawn shop’s parking lot. The suspects made off with the jewelry.

Police were unable to catch up with the suspects. It wasn’t clear how many people were involved.
