Two suspects in a series of car break-ins in Denver ended up crashing into two parked cars, pushing the vehicles into the garage of a home.
The crash happened on Deephaven Court in the Montbello neighborhood early Friday morning.
Denver Police officers on the scene told Denver7 Photojournalist Daryl Orr that someone broke into multiple cars on 51st and 53rd avenues, near Chambers Road.
Officers spotted a suspicious car and the people inside matched descriptions of the suspects provided by witnesses, police told Orr.
Officers tried to stop the vehicle but the driver wouldn't pull over, police said.
The driver skidded up onto a lawn and crashed into the parked cars. Police said the driver suffered a broken collar bone and a juvenile passenger got out and ran. Officers caught up with the juvenile about two blocks away.
