DENVER — Commutes Tuesday morning were messy. Snow, slush and crashes added to commuters' drive times, but that shouldn't be an issue on Wednesday.
According to Denver7 First Alert Meteorologist Lisa Hidalgo, snow is still in the forecast, but shouldn't make a major impact on roads during the evening commute, nor the morning commute on Wednesday.
Although the metro Denver commute will be smooth in the evening, I-70 experienced several crashes, and driving in the mountains will still require care.

Snow could buffet Colorado again starting at 9:30 p.m., with spotty snow showers, or a rain-snow mix possible throughout the day.
On Wednesday morning, Hidalgo said skies should clear up and temps should again rise.
That gradual creep is expected to continue through Friday, when temps will breach the 70s!
