There is a $3,000 reward for tips that lead to the arrest of a man who kidnapped a 15-year-old girl in Aurora.

Police said the girl was walking south on Sable on April 7 when a man driving an SUV forced her into the back seat.

The man told the girl his name was "Chris."

He drove her to a different location, where she was able to escape, police said.

The girl described the suspect as a light-skinned black man in his late 20s or early 30s, with a shaved (not bald) head and a goatee that was about three inches long. Police just released the sketch of the suspect on Monday.

The suspect's vehicle is described as a silver, full-sized SUV, possibly a 2015 or 2016, with dark-tinted windows and no license plates.
