Shots fired after argument at King Soopers in Commerce City

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. — Police are investigating a shooting at a King Soopers grocery store in Commerce City on Friday night.

No one was injured during the incident, which happened shortly before 9 p.m. at the King Soopers on East 62nd Avenue. Police said two groups of people in the store got into an argument. When one group left the store, a person in a vehicle fired shots at them, according to a police news release. No one was struck by the gunfire.

No arrests have been made. Police were still investigating at the store late Friday night. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Commerce City police at 303-288-1535.
