Kansas boy with tumor gets letters from strangers

HUTCHINSON, Kan. -- A Kansas boy battling a terminal illness is inspiring others with his courage, and getting letters from all over the world. 

Carson Hall's mother told KWCH in Wichita, KS that doctors found a deadly tumor in her son's brain. The survival rate is less than 1 percent. The family created a facebook page called "Carson's crusaders" and says he loves getting letters of encouragement from strangers.
