DENVER - The Regional Transportation District is withholding a portion of the payment it owes Denver Transit Partners because of continuing issues with the University of Colorado A Line.
RTD says it is withholding $65,000 from the contractor for issues from April to June, and more could be held for problems between July and August.
The line to Denver International Airport has seen several delays and shut downs since opening in April. Denver Transit Partners continues to work on fixing the issues.
