DENVER – A tow truck driver was rushed to the hospital following a rollover crash that damaged a fence and a power pole in Denver Tuesday morning.
Police say the tow truck was going south on Leetsdale when the driver got cut off by a car, which caused the tow truck to go off the road and through a fence.
The truck struck a power pole cable support as it lurched out of control, which snapped the cable and launched the truck airborne. The truck landed on its roof in the parking lot of an assisted living facility, more than 50 feet from the road.
The male driver suffered minor injuries.
