ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. — The Adams County Sheriff's Office is looking for two people involved in a road rage shooting on Interstate 76 Monday evening. No injuries were reported.
It happened around 6:20 p.m. on I-76 between Federal Boulevard and Sheridan Boulevard.
The victims, two juvenile males, were driving south on Federal Boulevard just north of I-76 when a tan, early 2000's Cadillac Deville with aftermarket black wheels and temporary Colorado tags, approached the victims on the on-ramp to westbound I-76 and opened fire, according to the Adams County Sheriff’s Office.
The driver in the Cadillac then pulled alongside the victims' vehicle and fired again. The teen victims were not struck by gunfire. The victims then pulled to the shoulder and called 911.
The suspects are described as:
Driver: White or Hispanic male, early 30s, thin build, tattoos on neck and arms, wearing a black flat brim hat with a red stripe, bald head.
Passenger: Hispanic female, late 20s, medium build, tattoos on right arm, with her hair in a ponytail.
