Roads are wet in Denver area, snowy in Foothills

Roads are wet in the Denver area but you only have to go a few miles to find slushy, snowy streets.

Streets in the metro area were mostly just wet early Tuesday morning. However, roads in Boulder and Jefferson Counties were snowy and slushy.

Denver7 Traffic Anchor Jason Luber warned drivers may encounter standing water around Denver and said hydroplaning could be an issue.
