Reward offered after man and woman, both reported missing, found dead in Morgan County

FORT MORGAN, Colo. – Two bodies found in Morgan County in recent weeks have been identified as a man and woman reported missing and their deaths are being investigated as homicides.

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office said the body of Destiny Renace McMinn, 18, was found Sunday evening in the 9000 block of Road Q. McMinn was reported missing April 2.

Investigators said McMinn was last seen on March 22 along with Santos Macias, who was reported missing that day and whose body was found in a garage on the eastern edge of Fort Morgan April 17.

Deputies haven’t released any details surrounding the two deaths, but investigators said McMinn and Macias were victims of “undoubtedly brutal killings” and were killed at an unknown location before being left in different locations in Morgan County.

Investigators have not identified any suspects in the killings.
