A shooting suspect accused of killing a man outside a strip club on East Colfax was arrested Thursday, officers with the Denver Police Department told 7NEWS.
Stephen Futrell, 31, is being charged with first-degree murder in connection to the shooting of Jeremy Garcia, 29, on Sept. 13.
Garcia was shot at around 12:30 a.m. Sunday outside the PT II's strip club, located on East Colfax Avenue.
He was taken to a hospital but later died from his injuries, Denver Police spokeswoman Christine Downs said.
