BOULDER, Colo. — The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office is seeking drivers who may have witnessed or was victimized by a dangerous driver in a yellow Corvette.
On Thursday, deputies say the driver of the Corvette was seen driving recklessly from Lyons to Boulder. The male driver, whose name has not been released, nearly caused multiple head-on collisions with other drivers, including a Boulder County Sheriff’s Office deputy.
According to a press release, the yellow corvette is registered to, and believed to have been driven by a male who has multiple felony warrants associated with driving violations.
The car was found in a parking garage near the intersection of Folsom Street and Iris Avenue in Boulder shortly after Thursday’s incident and was later impounded. The driver was no longer in the vehicle when it was found.
