SHERIDAN, Colo. — A 63-year-old man and his 3-year-old grandson who were reported missing Friday in Sheridan were located and found safe, authorities said Sunday.
An Endangered Missing Alert Activation was issued earlier in the day after the two failed to return home from a fishing trip to a nearby park Friday afternoon. The alert was canceled around 1:30 p.m. Sunday.
The pair were last seen Friday evening leaving in a vehicle in the 3000 block of West Milan Ave. in Sheridan.
The circumstances behind their disappearance are not known.
