Police officers and firefighters lined several highways in the Denver metro area to honor a fallen soldier on Friday morning.
The procession for the soldier traveled from Colorado Springs to Denver International Airport via I-25, I-225, I-70 and Pena Boulevard.
Hundreds of drivers saw the law enforcement presence and called 7NEWS to inquire about what was happening.
The police cars, fire trucks and personnel were there to honor the soldier whose name was not released.
