Police make arrest in deadly Aurora stabbing

AURORA, Colo. — Police said Thursday afternoon they had arrested a 26-year-old man in connection with a deadly stabbing that happened Wednesday night.

Stephen Minks-Morgan, 26, was arrested for investigation on a first-degree murder charge, according to Aurora police, in connection with the stabbing, which happened sometime before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday near South Parker Road and South Peoria Street.

On Friday morning, the Arapaho County Coroner's Office identified the man who died as 32-year-old Nicholas William Green. He died of stab wound and his death was classified as a homicide.
