Police arrest suspect in Sheridan homicide

SHERIDAN, Colo. – Police have arrested a suspect in the killing of a man whose body was found inside a Sheridan home last week.

James Edwin Hoganson, 45, was taken into custody Wednesday.

Investigators say he is a suspect in the killing of Brandon Glenn Wright. Wright was found dead inside a home in the 3900 block of South Federal Boulevard around 5 p.m. March 30.

Hoganson faces a charge of murder in the first degree, a class one felony.

Police have not released any further details about the case.
