DENVER – FBI agents and police met a Spirit Airlines flight at the gate at Denver International Airport Wednesday night after the plane was diverted mid-flight.
Spirit Flight 576 from Oakland to Baltimore landed at DIA just after 8 p.m. due to a reported disturbance on board.
According to passengers on the flight who posted about the incident on social media, a man tried to exit the plane mid-flight, asking for a parachute.
So I'm stuck in Denver because some fool tried to exit the plane mid flight.

Officials said it’s standard for the FBI to get involved in a mid-air disturbance, even if the passenger didn’t pose any serious danger.
It wasn’t clear if the man was taken into custody or taken to a hospital.
The flight was rescheduled for noon today.
