Does a loss to divisional rival, Oakland, mean the Broncos now have a quarterback controversy?
Sunday's performance was less than perfect on both sides of the ball.
While the coaching staff appears to be sticking with Brock, fans are split about who should start this coming weekend.
Five things we learned in Broncos collapse
"We've shown the physical limitations that (Peyton) has,” said NFL fan Earl Senior. “Brock Osweiler is obviously the younger quarterback, the stronger arm. And with Gary Kubiak’s offense, you know, he wants to roll out, he wants to run the play action. You have this kid who can obviously run. Peyton can’t do that."
“I'm kind of getting old myself, so I like to think (Peyton) has one more in him," said Broncos fan Keaggy Ratliff. “I'd rather roll with the experience in the playoffs."
After a loss to the Raiders Sunday, and with Peyton Manning healing up, Broncos fans at the View House downtown can't help but wonder who will be taking the snaps as the orange and blue gear up for the playoffs.
"(Brock) has done really well for the time being, but I just don't think you can ever replace Peyton Manning. It's pretty impossible," said Broncos fan Talia Garibaldi.
"I'm emotional,” said Ratliff. “I'd like to see Peyton Manning in there.”
