The remaining suspect in an Aurora mall parking lot shooting was arrested Wednesday, according to the Aurora Police Department.
Sababu Colbert-Evans, 25, was arrested for attempted second-degree murder, the police department tweeted.
The arrest comes a day after a person was shot in the parking lot of the Aurora mall. The victim was shot near the JC Penney at the Town Center at Aurora Tuesday evening, according to the APD. One suspect was caught at the scene.
The victim is in serious condition, police said.
The mall remained open during the investigation, police said. However, some people were not able to get to their vehicles, which were near the crime scene.
