A pedestrian was killed in a crash at 20th and Chestnut on Tuesday afternoon. As a result, Chestnut is closed in the area.
Denver Police said the crash happened around 2 p.m. and involved a pedestrian and a driver. Police said it was not a hit-and-run, that the driver stayed at the scene.
20th Street runs along the east side of Coors Filed. Chestnut Place is about two blocks away from Coors Field.
Officers have not yet released any other details about the crash.
