Crews returned to Gross Reservoir Tuesday to look for a missing Eldora ski area employee.
Ryder Johnson, 20, was last seen on Sunday afternoon when he left work.
His car has been found but police said they did not find any signs of him on their second day of searching.
Teams searched by boat and helicopter.
Search teams will not continue an active search on Wednesday.
