MONUMENT, Colo. -- Northbound Interstate 25 has reopened near Monument.
The highway was closed for more than three hours because of multiple accidents, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
It reopened at about 6:05 a.m.
The Colorado State Patrol said there were two separate crashes and that DUI is being investigated as a cause in both crashes. At least one person was seriously injured, CSP said.
