BOULDER, Colo. — A man wanted for attacking and inappropriately touching a female runner in Boulder is also suspected of attacking a woman who was gardening outside of her home, police said Thursday.
Officers are still searching for the man. The gardening incident happened about 6:30 p.m. Friday at home in the Whittier neighborhood in the 1800 block of Spruce Court.
The man walked up behind the woman and touched her inappropriately, "simulating a sexual act," police said in a news release. The woman threw weeds on the man, and he made a comment about her physical appearance before riding off on a bicycle toward an alley on Spruce Street.
Police on Thursday released surveillance video of the man riding a BMX-style bicycle in the neighborhood.

Earlier this week police released information about a woman who was attacked while running Monday morning near Vinca Court and Spotswood Place in North Boulder.
The man – who is now believed to be the same man who attacked the gardener last week – rode past her on a black BMX-style bicycle and hit her behind, police said. He rode a short distance, got off the bike and grabbed the woman in a bear hug.
She screamed for help, and the man touched her inappropriately, police said. The man then grabbed her phone and rode east on the bicycle, toward 26th Street.
Police have described the attacker as a Hispanic man between 20-25 years old, about 6 feet, 1 inches tall and between 195-200 pounds.
Police have increased patrols in the area where the attacks happened. Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to call detective Heather Frey at 303-441-3369.
