Man wanted for shooting bystander in bar fight at Owsley's Golden Road in Boulder

BOULDER, Colo. -- Boulder Police have released a sketch of one of the suspects wanted in a shooting that happened when a bar fight spilled out into a parking lot.

One person was hit early Sunday morning in the parking lot outside of Owsley’s Golden Road, located at 1301 Broadway.

"Investigators have confirmed that he was a bystander and had no involvement in the altercation," Boulder Police said.

The victim has been released from the hospital.

Police said the suspect in the sketch is a black man with short hair who is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about  150 pounds. At the time of the shooting, he was wearing a black crew neck shirt and blue jeans.

Investigators said a second suspect also fired shots during the altercation, but authorities are still working to confirm a description of that person.
