DENVER – A man was shot in the area of the Denver Tech Center on Saturday morning, and the suspect fled in a vehicle before crashing in Greenwood Village, police said.
The victim survived the shooting.
Officers were responding about 9:40 a.m. to the shooting in the 4900 block of South Ulster Street near East Union Avenue, according to a tweet from Denver police.
A suspect and "associates" drove away from the scene and then crashed in nearby Greenwood Village, police tweeted about 30 minutes later.

Officers detained two people from the vehicle and were searching for a suspect who ran away.
