THORNTON, Colo. – A man driving a stolen Cadillac fired a shot into another vehicle in a road rage incident in Thornton on Sunday morning, police said.
The shooting happened about 11 a.m. on 120th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard. Two people in the vehicle that was shot at suffered minor injuries from broken glass. Police tweeted pictures of the damage, showing glass on the driver's side and hole in the door.
The suspect drove away, and the stolen Escalade had a Colorado license plate number 962-HQQ. Anyone who sees the car is asked to call 911.
Police later released an image of a Chevy 2500 4-door truck that is associated with the theft of the Cadillac Escalade.
Thornton Police Spokesperson Jesus Mendez said the stolen black Cadillac Escalade and the above pictured pickup are associated because they were seen driving together and this was captured on video.
“We want to talk with the drivers of each vehicle,” Mendez said.
